1. Shipping Locations

  • EYZA ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on the location.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $50. Free for orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15 for all orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the notification, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
